Lifeguard, First Aid and CPR Certifications
We are proud to offer the American Red Cross training and certifications in Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR. In addition to coaching and teaching certifications, Thomas Bullock is a certified Red Cross LGI (Lifeguard Instructor).
The American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification is available for individuals over 15 years of age. Individuals MUST be comfortable in water and able to complete a Pre-Test.

The Pre-Test:
- 300 yard swim
- Deep water retrieval - participant swims 20 yards on their stomach than dives 7-10 feet and retrieves an object from the bottom of the pool.
- Treading water for 2 minutes
